Hazelnut Mille-feuille
The holidays are approaching, and we are looking for easy and quick recipes that make an impact since we want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen. If you have a lunch/dinner and want to surprise your guests with a beautiful, delicious dessert made very quickly, I suggest you check out this recipe. This cake is perfect for the Christmas holiday period but also simply for a winter/autumn Sunday lunch. For decoration, I used currants, raspberries, and chocolate to stay in the Christmas theme, but if you want, you can also use other fresh fruit or other decorations as you like!

Ingredients for the hazelnut mille-feuille:
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2.8 oz sugar (1 oz + 1.8 oz)
- 1 tbsp hazelnut cream
- 3.5 oz hazelnut wafers
- 3.5 oz mascarpone

Steps
The preparation of the hazelnut mille-feuille is very easy and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, take the puff pastry roll, open it, and divide it into three equal parts. Make holes with a fork. Place the pieces a bit apart from each other. Sprinkle a bit of sugar on top (about 1 oz).
Bake at 355°F for about 15-20 minutes. In a bowl, put the cream, mascarpone, and hazelnut cream.
Add sugar and whisk to 80%. Add the crushed wafers and mix.
Assembly: Place the first piece of pastry,
Add a layer of cream using a piping bag. Add the second piece of pastry, another layer of cream, the third piece of pastry
Cover with the remaining cream. Decorate as you like!
