Cabbage fritters without eggs and baked!
An easy and very quick recipe to prepare with very few simple ingredients accessible to everyone. I tell you it takes more time to write the title than to make them 😂! I wanted to make a lighter version avoiding eggs and frying and opting for baking; I can guarantee they came out VERY GOOD, and my family loved them! Anyway, if you prefer instead of baking them, you can follow the same procedure and then fry them. If you try them, let me know in the comments if you liked them!!

The preparation of the cabbage fritters without eggs and baked is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and water gradually, mixing well to avoid lumps. Add the oil, parmesan, and mix.
Meanwhile, handle the cabbage, wash it, clean it, and cut it, then add it to the batter and mix well. Finally, add the mortadella in pieces.
Place the mixture using a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form the fritters of the desired size. Leave some space in between. Drizzle a little oil on top and bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
