- 1 tablespoon erythritol (or granulated sugar or 1 teaspoon stevia)

In a small bowl, mix the unsweetened cocoa with the erythritol, and gradually add the cold oat milk.
Mix and then also add the rolled oats.
Put the saucepan on the heat and bring to a boil while stirring continuously,
