First, let’s focus on cleaning the chard. Trim the ends and wash well. Cut the stems and set them aside.
If they are too large, cut them into smaller pieces. In a skillet, add a bit of oil, garlic, and sauté.
Add the stems and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the leaves and let them wilt.
Cook for about 7/8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt. Finally, add the mozzarella pieces, mix, and turn off the heat.
