Ingredients for the Pumpkin Biscuit Salami:
- 10.5 oz pumpkin
- 7 oz white chocolate
- 8.8 oz cocoa cookies (8.8/10.5 oz)
- 1.8 oz walnuts

Start the preparation by blending the cooked and cleaned pumpkin. Add the melted white chocolate and mix well.
Coarsely crush 8.8 oz of cookies by hand and add the prepared pumpkin and chocolate mix. Add the chopped walnuts.
Mix. If the mixture is too soft (depending on how watery your pumpkin is) also add the remaining 1.8 oz of cookies. Place the obtained mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
Shape it with the paper to form a roll. Close it like a candy and put it in the fridge overnight, then decorate as desired and slice.
