Horseradish in Vinegar
An unusual preserve with a very strong flavor used to season dishes of all kinds! For example, I really like to use it in beetroot salad to contrast the sweet taste, or to dress meat or fish, basically you can use it on anything! I also use horseradish root for pickled preserves (peppers, cucumbers, etc).

Steps
The preparation of horseradish in vinegar is very simple and quick to do, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to clean and wash the horseradish roots thoroughly. Then grate the roots using a classic grater or a food processor. Add the salt, vinegar, and mix well.
Put into sterilized jars, pressing well to avoid air gaps. Close tightly and store the jars in a cool, light-protected place.
Enjoy your meal!
