Pear wedges in puff pastry
Cute and very simple desserts to make using only pears, puff pastry, and sugar! The pear wedges are already portioned, so they are very convenient to serve in any circumstance. These sweets are also great for those who are intolerant or vegan since we can use any type of milk (soy, rice, oat, almond, etc.) for brushing.

Ingredients for pear wedges in puff pastry:
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 pear
- as needed milk (Any type)
- brown sugar
Steps
The preparation of pear wedges in puff pastry is very easy and quick, watch the video HERE.
Unroll the puff pastry and use a round cutter to make shapes. Wash, clean, and slice the pear into small slices.
Coat each slice in sugar. Place each slice in a puff pastry circle and seal the edges well to form a half-moon.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between them. Brush them with a little milk and then sprinkle with some brown sugar. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
