Eggless upside-down plum cake!

Ingredients for the eggless upside-down plum cake:
(8-inch pan)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 container plain natural yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk
- cup butter
- vanilla
- lemon flavoring
- 1 baking powder
- 7 plums

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, and baking powder and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon, and vanilla flavoring.
Add the melted butter and mix. Wash, clean, and cut the plums into slices and arrange them at the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle some sugar on top.
Add the prepared mixture. Level it and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
