Ingredients for the eggless upside-down plum cake:

(8-inch pan)

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 container plain natural yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • cup butter
  • vanilla
  • lemon flavoring
  • 1 baking powder
  • 7 plums

  • In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, and baking powder and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon, and vanilla flavoring.

  • Add the melted butter and mix. Wash, clean, and cut the plums into slices and arrange them at the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle some sugar on top.

  • Add the prepared mixture. Level it and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.

  • Enjoy your meal!
