Baked Gratinated Zucchini
A simple and tasty recipe made in the oven with the main ingredient, zucchini! A great way to accompany our second courses and eat vegetables! At my house, zucchini are loved by everyone, so I prepare them very often and in many ways.

Ingredients for baked gratinated zucchini:
- 3 zucchini
- garlic powder
- 1 onion
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 100 ml milk
- 2.12 oz parmesan
- salt
Steps
The preparation of baked gratinated zucchini is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, wash, clean and slice the zucchini thinly (I used a mandoline grater). Add the chopped onion, a little salt, milk, a bit of oil.
Add some oregano, garlic powder, and mix. Add flour, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and mix well.
Place in a tray lined with parchment paper, arrange and level. Drizzle some oil on top, add some breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Bake at 375°F for about 30 min.
