Poured cake with jam and prickly pears without eggs!
A delicious egg-free cake filled with a layer of fig jam and chopped walnuts covered with prickly pears! If you want, instead of prickly pears, you can use white or black figs!

Ingredients for the poured cake with jam and prickly pears without eggs:
(9-inch pan)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- walnuts (To taste)
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 container plain natural yogurt
- 5 prickly pears
- 7 tbsp butter
- vanilla
- lemon flavoring
- 7 oz jam (Fig)
- 1 packet baking powder
Steps

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, starch, and baking powder. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon flavoring, and vanilla.
Add melted butter and mix. Pour about half of the mixture into the pan, level it, and bake for about 10 minutes at 356°F.
Remove from oven and immediately spread the jam on top. Add chopped walnuts to taste and cover with the remaining mixture. Clean and slice the figs.
Place the slices on top as desired. Sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and bake for another 30 minutes at 356°F.
