Ingredients for the Fake Potato Omelette:
- 1.75 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt
- oregano
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- 1 cup cheese (Grated)

The preparation of the fake potato omelette is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and slice the potatoes thinly. Add some oil, garlic powder, a bit of salt and mix.
Add the flour, grated cheese, and mix together. Add some oregano and mix again.
Put some oil in the pan then add the potatoes. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. Slightly detach the edges with a spatula if needed.
Flip it using the lid. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
