Soft Coffee Tart
A delicious, fresh, and very simple and quick dessert to prepare using a smart mold. A great cake to enjoy at the end of a meal as a dessert or as a snack or anytime we feel like it!

Ingredients for Soft Coffee Tart:
28 cm mold
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Half packet baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 1/4 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar

Base preparation:
In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar, and whip with an electric mixer. Add the oil, milk, flour little by little, and mix.
Add the baking powder and mix. Pour the batter into the floured smart mold for tarts (it has a double bottom). Tap lightly to level the batter and bake at 356°F for about 20/25 minutes.
Cream preparation:
Put the cream.
Add the instant coffee, sugar, mascarpone, and whip. Once the base is cold, turn it over and remove the mold.
Moisten with water, sugar, and flavors to taste. Put the cream on top using a piping bag. Decorate as desired with chocolate flakes and cocoa. Place in the fridge for a few hours.
