A delight, I guarantee it. This McPherson is a slightly tangy non-alcoholic cocktail, but very, very pleasant, refreshing, and super easy to prepare. I have no doubt you will love it. Serve it as an appetizer, and your guests will appreciate it too. You might even consider increasing all the doses and preparing a large jug so everyone can pour the amount they want.

Preparation of the McPherson Non-alcoholic Cocktail
Wash the mint leaves and place them in a glass. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar and the juice of half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons) and let them macerate for about half an hour.
Then add the juice of half an orange (about 1/4 cup), a teaspoon of grenadine and mix.
Put some ice cubes in a highball glass and pour the prepared juice over them after removing the mint leaves. Finally, add the tonic water and stir.
Garnish the McPherson drink with a few fresh mint leaves and some orange peel, and enjoy it immediately. Enjoy! Paola
