  • 7 oz sugar
  • 10.5 oz ladyfingers
  • 2 1/8 cups whipping cream
  • 1.1 lbs ricotta
  • 10 gelatin sheets (5 sheets)
  • lemon flavoring
  • lemon zest
  • lemon juice
  • sugar
  • water
  • lemon flavoring

Steps

  • First, soak the gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes. Prepare the cream. Put the ricotta, cream, and lemon flavoring.

  • Add some lemon zest, sugar, and whip. Melt the gelatin by putting it on the stove with a little water, let it cool slightly then add it.

  • Preparation of soaking syrup:

    In a container, put the lemon juice, flavoring, water, and sugar and mix. Soak the ladyfingers and place them in the mold lined with food wrap.

  • Add a layer of cream, a layer of unsoaked ladyfingers, another layer of cream, another of ladyfingers.

  • Add another layer of cream (reserve some cream for decoration) and cover with another layer of ladyfingers. Cover with film.

  • Refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours, remove from the mold, cover with the remaining cream, and decorate as desired!

  • Enjoy your meal!
