  • tomatoes
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • parmesan

Steps

The preparation of gratin cherry tomatoes is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the inside of each half, removing the pulp and seeds. Add a bit of chopped basil, salt, garlic, and oil to the pulp obtained.

  • Add parmesan, breadcrumbs, and mix. Add some salt on top of the empty tomatoes and fill them one by one with the prepared mixture, then place them on a baking tray.

  • Drizzle a little oil on top and cook for about 20 minutes at 350°F.
