Omelette Roll with Vegetables 🤤
A simple but very tasty and scenic recipe. An omelette made with vegetables, then filled with cream cheese and cooked ham, and rolled up! A great idea to serve as an appetizer, aperitif, or to take to the beach under the umbrella, for a picnic or elsewhere!

Ingredients for the Omelette Roll with Vegetables:
(pan 12×10 inches)
- 6 eggs
- 5.3 oz Cooked vegetables
- 2.1 oz cheese (Grated)
- 4.2 oz cooked ham
- 5.3 oz cream cheese

Roll preparation: In a bowl, put the eggs, a little salt, the grated cheese, and beat with a whisk for a few minutes. Add the cooked vegetables and mix.
Put the obtained mixture into the pan with parchment paper inside, sprinkle then bake at 350°F for about 15/20 min. As soon as it’s out of the oven, roll it up.
Let it cool well. After it has cooled, open it up and spread the cream cheese inside. Place the slices of cooked ham on top.
Roll it up. Refrigerate for a few hours.
