Ingredients for the Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo:

  • 8.8 oz ricotta
  • vanilla
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 figs
  • walnuts (To taste)

Steps

The preparation of the Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, place the ricotta, sugar, and cream, and lightly whisk with electric beaters. Add a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the washed and cleaned figs in pieces.

  • Combine. Add some chopped or whole walnuts (to taste) and mix. Place the mixture obtained in a mold, preferably silicone, otherwise you need to cover it with cling film to facilitate extraction from the mold.

  • Level it. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for a few hours!

  • Enjoy your meal!
