Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo
A delicious dessert, very fresh and very easy to prepare with fresh figs, fresh ricotta, and chopped walnuts. A summer dessert that we can enjoy at the end of a meal or as an afternoon snack!

Ingredients for the Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo:
- 8.8 oz ricotta
- vanilla
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 figs
- walnuts (To taste)
Steps
The preparation of the Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the ricotta, sugar, and cream, and lightly whisk with electric beaters. Add a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the washed and cleaned figs in pieces.
Combine. Add some chopped or whole walnuts (to taste) and mix. Place the mixture obtained in a mold, preferably silicone, otherwise you need to cover it with cling film to facilitate extraction from the mold.
Level it. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for a few hours!
