Ingredients for rice noodles with vegetables:

  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 1 zucchini
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • Half bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps

  • First, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package (in my case, I cooked them for 3 minutes in boiling water with the heat off). Meanwhile, in a pan, put a little oil, the sliced vegetables and cook them for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the rice noodles.

  • Add them to the pan. Mix well. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
