Vegan Peach Semifreddo
A vegan, fresh, and summer dessert made with non-dairy cream, soy yogurt, and peaches! A very quick recipe that we can prepare when we have some time available and store it in the freezer until it’s time to enjoy it.

Ingredients for the Vegan Peach Semifreddo:
- 1 cup sweetened non-dairy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1 cup peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
Steps
The preparation of the vegan peach semifreddo is very quick, watch the video HERE.
In a blender, put the washed and chopped peaches and blend them. Add the cream, sugar, yogurt, and whip lightly.
Place in a mold preferably silicone (otherwise cover the mold with plastic wrap). Level it and gently tap to remove any air bubbles. Cover with aluminum foil and put in the freezer for a few hours!
