Ingredients for Farro Salad:
- 5.6 oz farro
- olive oil
- 1 mozzarella
- olives
- 1.75 oz cherry tomatoes
- oregano
- 1.75 oz cooked ham
- arugula

First, cook the farro, drain it, then rinse it with cold water and let it drain.
In the meantime, cut the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, olives, and cooked ham.
Add some oregano, salt, the drained farro, olive oil, and mix everything well. Add the washed arugula and mix.
