Vegan Cherry Semifreddo
A delicious summer dessert made vegan using cherries, soy yogurt, and plant-based cream! The semifreddo is prepared in just a few minutes and can be made in advance, keeping it in the freezer until needed! This dessert is great to serve as a dessert at the end of a meal or as an afternoon snack!!!

Ingredients for Vegan Cherry Semifreddo:
- 1 cup cup whippable soy cream
- 1/4 cup cup sugar
- Cherry Syrup (Glaze)
- 7 oz oz cherries
Steps
The preparation of the vegan cherry semifreddo is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the cream, sugar, and yogurt and whip. Wash and clean the cherries, remove the pits, cut them in half, and then add them to the cream mixture.
Mix together and pour into a mold. Level it out and tap gently.
Pour a bit of cherry syrup/glaze on top and spread it around. Cover and place in the freezer for a few hours.
