A delicious summer dessert made vegan using cherries, soy yogurt, and plant-based cream! The semifreddo is prepared in just a few minutes and can be made in advance, keeping it in the freezer until needed! This dessert is great to serve as a dessert at the end of a meal or as an afternoon snack!!!

Ingredients for Vegan Cherry Semifreddo:

  • 1 cup cup whippable soy cream
  • 1/4 cup cup sugar
  • Cherry Syrup (Glaze)
  • 7 oz oz cherries

Steps

The preparation of the vegan cherry semifreddo is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, place the cream, sugar, and yogurt and whip. Wash and clean the cherries, remove the pits, cut them in half, and then add them to the cream mixture.

  • Mix together and pour into a mold. Level it out and tap gently.

  • Pour a bit of cherry syrup/glaze on top and spread it around. Cover and place in the freezer for a few hours.

  • Enjoy!
