Ingredients for the no-bake ricotta and lemon cake:
7 inch cake pan
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 9 oz ricotta
- 0.5 cup sugar
- lemon flavoring
- lemon zest

Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom and edge of the pan (first place parchment paper on the bottom). In a bowl, put the ricotta, 1 cup heavy cream, and lemon flavoring.
Add some lemon zest and the sugar and whip. Put the obtained cream into the mold with the ladyfingers inside. Level it.
Put in the fridge for a few hours! After a few hours, remove the mold and put the remaining whipped cream on top using a piping bag. Add some more lemon zest on top and decorate as you like!
