Variants of Russian salad

For a richer version, you can add tuna or boiled and peeled shrimp to the mayonnaise. Among the vegetables, you can also add small pieces of boiled cauliflower or oven-baked beetroot, which will give the Russian salad a pleasant pink color.

For a more “exotic” variant, you can replace the classic mayonnaise with avocado mayonnaise.
