The bundt cake is very easy and quick to prepare! I used whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour, but if you wish, you can use only one or the other. Ingredients for the Vegan Peach Bundt Cake:
(9-inch pan)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 7/8 cup plant-based milk
- vanilla
- 1 baking powder
- 3/8 cup vegetable oil
- 2 peaches
- 1 soy yogurt

The preparation of the vegan peach bundt cake is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the flours, starch, sugar, baking powder and mix. Add the yogurt, the oil.
Add the milk, a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the chopped peaches and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a bundt cake pan and bake at 350°F for about 30/40 min.
