Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz bresaola
  • 1.75 oz arugula
  • 1 oz Grana Padano flakes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing Cold Rice with Bresaola; first, cook the rice in a pot of salted water, drain it al dente, and let it cool completely.

    Cut the bresaola and arugula into small pieces

    Pour the lemon juice into a bowl.

  • Also add the oil to the lemon juice and mix.
    Pour the rice now cold into the salad bowl, add the bresaola and arugula.

    Add the citronette and the Grana flakes and mix.
