Ingredients for Cherry and Jam Poured Cake without Eggs:

22×22 cm pan

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 7 oz cherries
  • 7 oz jam (To taste)
  • lemon flavoring
  • vanilla
  • 1 container plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, baking powder, and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon flavoring, and vanilla.

  • Add the melted butter and mix well. Pour about half of the mixture into the pan, level it, and bake for about 10 minutes at 356°F. Remove from the oven and immediately spread the jam on top evenly.

  • Cover with the remaining half of the mixture. Wash the cherries, remove the pits, and halve them. Place the halves on top of the mixture. Bake for another 30 minutes.
