- 7 oz broccoli rabe
- 1 puff pastry
- provolone
Steps
Clean the broccoli rabe by removing the woody stems, wash the leaves well then cook them in a pan with oil, without water and without a lid, the broccoli rabe should be fried.
Cut the pastry into 8 triangles, if using a round one, draw a cross and then the diagonals.
Fill with broccoli rabe and a piece of provolone, close starting from the base, roll up and curve the tips inward.
Place them on the oven tray, bake at 356°F for about 12 minutes.
