Ingredients
- 2.1 oz almonds
- 2.1 tbsp sugar
- 0.68 oz Alchermes
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
Steps
Put the almonds in a blender and coarsely blend them.
Pour them into a bowl, add the sugar, Alchermes, egg white, mix and add the flour while mixing.
The mixture is a bit soft, make balls and roll them in granulated sugar then in icing sugar and place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place an almond in the center and bake in a hot oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
