Notes and variations
– If you don’t have a whole chicken breast available, you can also use chicken breast slices, cutting them into strips. Then proceed according to the recipe. If you prefer, you can also use this recipe’s lemon cream to dress whole chicken breast slices.
– If you want a milder taste of the lemon cream, use only part of the grated zest or omit it.
