The recipe for the hazelnut, Nutella, and ricotta tart is very easy, once the pastry is made with a portion of hazelnuts reduced to flour, butter, sugar, and eggs, proceed to fill it with the Nutella, ricotta, and sugar cream, without eggs. Simple, right?

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1 egg
- 7 tbsps butter
- 7 tbsps sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup ricotta
- 7 tbsps sugar
- Nutella®
Steps
Chop the hazelnuts with a mixer and pour them into a bowl, add the flour and sugar, salt, and finally the butter in pieces.
Work the ingredients well and divide the dough into two parts, place the larger one in an 8-inch tart pan, the other will be used for the topping.
Mix the ricotta with the sugar and Nutella, if you prefer you can use less sugar.
Pour the cream over the base, roll out the other dough and cover the tart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes, the pastry should be golden.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
