Ingredients
- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
Steps
Prepare the shortbread, pour the flour with the baking powder, salt, egg yolk, butter in pieces, sugar and knead well, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, preheat the oven to 350°F, roll out the dough and cut the cookies with a cutter, half with a hole and half without.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes; they should turn golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool, fill with Nutella or jam, pair them and dust with powdered sugar.
