- 3 sausages
- 7 oz pumpkin
- 10.5 oz mixed ground meat
- Half red onion
- 1 oz black olives
- 12.3 oz tagliatelle
- 1 tbsp salted capers
- 1 cup cooking cream
Steps
Cut the pumpkin into thin pieces and finely chop the onion.
Sauté the onion, add the pumpkin and let it cook for a bit, then add some water or broth and let it soften, at this point blend it with an immersion blender.
Add the ground meat and crumbled sausages and cook, adding water or broth, then add the olives and capers.
Once the meat is cooked, you can add the tagliatelle, more broth or water, and cook, stirring and adding more water as needed, as you would with a risotto.
Add the cream if you prefer and mix well, finally sprinkle with parsley.
