  • 3 sausages

  • 12.3 oz tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp salted capers
  • 1 cup cooking cream

Steps

  • Cut the pumpkin into thin pieces and finely chop the onion.

  • Sauté the onion, add the pumpkin and let it cook for a bit, then add some water or broth and let it soften, at this point blend it with an immersion blender.

  • Add the ground meat and crumbled sausages and cook, adding water or broth, then add the olives and capers.

  • Once the meat is cooked, you can add the tagliatelle, more broth or water, and cook, stirring and adding more water as needed, as you would with a risotto.

  • Add the cream if you prefer and mix well, finally sprinkle with parsley.
