- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 1/4 oz mascarpone
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 1/4 oz Nutella®
Steps
Pour the flour with the sugar, egg, and softened butter pieces into a bowl and work everything with your fingers.
Place half of the mixture in a 8-inch pan and press a bit, then work the mascarpone with the sugar and pour the cream into the pan.
Add Nutella and cover with the remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting.
