Crazy Dough Pastries 4 Different Shapes

Today I am sharing with you a recipe that I am sure you will love, the Crazy Dough Pastries in 4 Different Shapes. This recipe has really solved many problems especially for its simplicity in execution. Crazy dough is truly a lifesaver as you do not need to use yeast to make it, just flour, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. In some cases, a tablespoon of wine or a tablespoon of vinegar is used. These serve to make the dough more elastic and fragrant. The crazy dough is a base dough for many savory pies such as the Quick Escarole Pizza with Crazy Dough, or the Stuffed Pugliese Pizza with Crazy Dough also sweet recipes like Crazy Dough Recipe Filled with Jam and Nuts. Naturally, if you need to make sweet recipes, it is advisable to use the base recipe without wine or vinegar to make the dough as neutral as possible, a mixture that resembles a lot of shortcrust dough except that it does not contain butter.

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. My name is Francesca, a true native of Taranto. I love cooking desserts and traditional dishes, and my inspiration comes from the women in my family. Photography, for me, is about capturing the moment… in a shot, you hold your breath and then start again, savoring every little detail as you develop it. Why Ethra? She was the wife of Phalanthus, the founder of Taranto, the Spartan city. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all… there are already so many of you following me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
