Friends, do you want to make a perfect and super sweet breakfast or break? Try this SUPER SOFT CREAMY PEACH POUND CAKE. I assure you that you will make it very often. I had some peaches to use and wanted to make a breakfast cake. What better idea than this tasty pound cake? I had the peaches but of course, you can make it with the fruit you like best. To make the sauce, the procedure is the same, perhaps if you use bananas that are sweeter, put less sugar to make the sauce that will dress the slice of pound cake.

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 7 tbsp butter (melted at room temperature)
  • 1 container yogurt (peach flavor)
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • to taste sugar sprinkles (for decoration (optional))

Steps

  • Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces. Put them in a saucepan along with the sugar.

  • Turn on the heat and soften them. Melt the sugar and remove from heat

  • Blend into a cream with an immersion blender.

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar

  • Double the mixture

  • Add the melted butter at room temperature

  • Add the yogurt

  • The milk

  • and finally add the sifted flour and baking powder little by little

  • Mix until smooth.

  • Pour into the pan lined with parchment paper

  • Add the sugar sprinkles

  • Wet the spatula with butter and cut the center of the pound cake. This way you will get the classic crack in the center.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F (180°C) for 60 minutes and enjoy our pound cake with peach coulis
