Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps corn oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsps Nutella®
Steps
Pour the egg whites and sugar into the mixer bowl, start whipping, then add the oil, flour, and baking powder.
Mix well, then preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C), grease a 9-inch (22 cm) pan, and pour in the batter.
Place the Nutella on the batter and create streaks with a toothpick.
Bake for about 40 minutes in a convection oven, always do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
