Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz biscuits
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Half coffee cup coffee
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 5.3 oz mascarpone
  • 2.5 oz chocolate
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • chocolate chips

Steps

  • Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter, stir well to combine everything.

  • Place them in an 8-inch pan, press them well, and put in the freezer.

  • Prepare the coffee.

  • In a saucepan, put the flour with sugar.

  • Heat the milk and bring it almost to a boil, place the saucepan with dry ingredients on the stove and pour the milk in a thin stream.

  • Mix with a whisk, add the coffee until it thickens, then remove from the stove.

  • Add the mascarpone and mix well.

  • Take the base out of the freezer and pour the cream over it, add chocolate chips, and put back in the freezer.

  • Melt the dark chocolate with milk and pour it over the dessert, you can do this either before and let everything freeze, or afterward.

  • Remove the mold from the freezer at least 30 minutes before serving and pour the melted chocolate over it, the dessert is cold so the topping solidifies immediately but remains soft to cut.

  • I placed it on top and then froze everything.

  • Then put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
