Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 peaches
  • jam

Steps

  • Prepare the base dough, pour the flour into the bowl or food processor, add the baking powder, sugar, a pinch of salt, and the oil, begin working and add the milk if needed.

  • Make a ball and let it rest wrapped in plastic wrap, in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • After the time has elapsed, take the dough and place it in a 8-inch (20 cm) pie pan, set aside the dough for the strips.

  • Fill with jam and peeled peaches cut into pieces.

  • Make the covering strips about 3/4-inch (2 cm) wide and place them on the dessert, bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes or at 320°F (160°C) in the air fryer for 20 minutes.

  • Remove from the pan and if necessary continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and let cool before cutting.
