- 25 Pavesini (with cocoa)
- 4.4 oz mascarpone
- 2/3 cup vegetable whipping cream
- Nutella®
Steps
Whip the cream with the mascarpone, I used vegetable cream, it’s better, it stays creamy and doesn’t swell much.
Soak the biscuits so they soften enough to roll and arrange them in rows of 4 on cling film.
Fill with the mousse, then add Nutella and roll with the help of the cling film.
Place in the freezer for about an hour, then serve in slices.
