  • 2.1 oz cherry tomatoes

Steps

  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in a bowl, add the tuna, mayonnaise, ricotta, salt to taste, a drizzle of olive oil, and mix thoroughly.

  • Cut the sandwich bread, flatten it and place it inside 2 molds, then cut 2 circles from the bread.

  • Stuff the cakes with the filling and close with the disc, then place them in the fridge for a couple of hours, or about fifteen minutes in the freezer.

  • Decorate with mayonnaise, rosemary, and red berries.
