ZUCCHINI OMELET ROLL stuffed with ham and provola

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 2.1 oz provola
  • 3.5 oz zucchini
  • 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

  • Add the cheese and the zucchini grated with a coarse grater, mix everything well.

  • At this point, you can proceed with cooking, if you choose the oven preheat to 355°F, pour everything into a baking dish and cook for about 25 minutes.

  • If you prefer the stove, oil a pan, pour the mixture trying not to make it too thick, then flip, cook a few minutes and remove it from the pan.

  • Same for the air fryer, 340°F pour into the dish with the parchment paper and cook for about ten minutes, check and, if necessary, continue for another 5 minutes.

  • Once the egg base is cooked, fill with the ham and sliced provola and roll, you can return it to the pan, oven, or fryer for a maximum of 5 minutes, just enough to melt the provola.

  • Then cut into slices and serve.
