ZUCCHINI FILOSCIO Neapolitan Stuffed Omelet

ZUCCHINI FILOSCIO Neapolitan Stuffed Omelet with provolone or mozzarella, easy and quick, idea for lunch or dinner in 10 minutes, cooked in a pan without an oven.

The “filoscio” is a classic of Neapolitan cuisine, but I decided to make a revised version of the original, enriching it with zucchini, and created a zucchini filoscio stuffed with buffalo provolone PDO, truly exceptional. This dish embodies the flavors and aromas of Campania, combining fresh and seasonal ingredients in an irresistible combination.

The “zucchini filoscio” is a real tribute to peasant cuisine, where the art of transforming simple ingredients into tasty dishes is a tradition handed down from generation to generation.

This dish can be served hot, just prepared, or cold, perhaps as part of an appetizer or a picnic. Its simplicity makes it perfect for any occasion, from dinner to lunch.
