Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 3.5 oz Milano salami
  • 3.5 oz ricotta

Steps

  • Prepare the base dough, pour the flour into a bowl, add the crumbled yeast, water, and mix a bit, then add the salt and combine the ingredients.

  • Let it rest until it doubles in size, about 3 hours, or use ready-made dough.

  • After rising, roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it with a cookie cutter, a glass, or a cup.

  • Fill with salami, a bit of ricotta, and zucchini slices, fold in half, and seal the edges.

  • Place them in the air fryer basket with parchment paper, oil them, and cook at 390°F for 12 minutes, then turn and cook for another 2 minutes.
