STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU TILE

STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU TILE, mock tiramisu, dessert with cookies, cream, and ricotta made quickly, ideal after lunch or dinner.

The Strawberry Tiramisu Tile is a delicious variation of the traditional tiramisu, combining the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of the classic Italian dessert. This fresh and fruity version of tiramisu is perfect for the summer season when strawberries are at the peak of their sweetness and juiciness.

The Strawberry Tiramisu Tile retains the structure and creaminess of traditional tiramisu but replaces coffee and cocoa with strawberries and a sweet syrup. This choice makes it not only lighter and more refreshing but also an ideal option for those who prefer a dessert without coffee or alcohol.

The name “Tile” derives from the rectangular and compact shape of the dessert, which resembles a tile, and is usually served in rectangular portions that showcase its well-defined layers. Each slice reveals an alternation of soaked cookies, cream, and fresh strawberries, creating a perfect balance of textures and flavors.

This dessert is highly appreciated at summer dinners and special occasions, as it manages to win over everyone with its lightness and delicate flavor.
