Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups water
- sweet paprika
- canned tomatoes
- pieces anchovies in oil
- 1 clove garlic (removed)
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the water, add one or two tablespoons of sweet paprika, mix well.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the water and mix well.
Make the dough and let it rise in the bowl covered with plastic wrap until doubled, about 3 hours.
Once risen, place the drained tomatoes in a bowl, add paprika, garlic and mix.
Pour the dough into an oiled pan of 9 inches or 10 inches if you don’t like it too thick, make holes with your fingers, add the tomatoes and anchovies, oil and let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 356°F then bake and cook for about 20 minutes, make sure it is cooked underneath.
