  • Start the preparation of the spicy chicken fillets with the curry sauce: put the soy sauce, brown sugar, and curry paste (I used the yellow one) in a bowl and mix with a spoon until all ingredients are completely combined.

  • Pour the freshly prepared sauce over the chicken fillets, mix well with a spoon, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • Heat a tablespoon of peanut oil in a pan (even better if you find sesame oil).
