One of the best desserts I’ve ever made!!! Once you start eating it, it’s hard to stop 😁🙈 A dessert very similar to the original (actually better) made with an egg-free cocoa base and a soft cream filling with mascarpone, whipped cream, and condensed milk!

Ingredients for the Kinder milk slice without eggs:

(35×35 cm pan)

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 container plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk

Steps

For the preparation of the Kinder milk slice without eggs watch the video HERE.

  • Base preparation:

    In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder and mix.

  • Add the yogurt, milk, oil and combine.

  • Place the mixture in a pan 35×35 cm lined with baking paper. Level and shake lightly. Bake at 356°F for about 20 min.

  • Cream preparation:

    In a bowl, put the condensed milk, mascarpone, cream, and whip.

  • Assembly:

    Take the cooked and cooled base and cut two equal rectangular shapes. Remove the excess. Place the first piece.

  • (for a more precise result, you can use a mold). Add the prepared cream and level well. Place the other piece of base on top.

  • Press lightly. Place in the fridge for a few hours. With the leftovers, you can create mini slices following the same procedure.
