Today, a recipe for those like me who can’t give up on desserts with nuts, the EASY AND QUICK CRUNCHY ALMOND BRITTLE WITH HONEY. This dessert should definitely not be missing from our Christmas tables. Very few ingredients for a dessert that never tires. There are two ways to make almond brittle or crunchy almond brittle, I like to call it that. One with honey as in this case and the other without. The main difference between the two methods is the texture. The one with just sugar is much harder, as we’re used to finding it, whereas with the addition of honey it becomes much softer, like nougat and slightly stickier. I definitely prefer it with that honeyed flavor and this softer consistency.
