  • Start preparing the cocoa chia pudding by placing 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in a small jar.

  • Continue by adding 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 cup of soy milk, which is approximately 125ml. You can naturally use your preferred plant-based milk. If you do not follow a vegan diet and/or are not lactose intolerant, you can also use cow’s milk.

  • Continue the recipe with a teaspoon of wildflower honey. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened: it took me about 3 hours.

  • The cocoa chia pudding is ready to enjoy: you can enrich it with a mix of nuts or any topping of your choice.
