Let’s start preparing the strawberry cake; pour the egg, sugar, seed oil, and milk into a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients using a kitchen spoon.
Add the flour and baking powder.Continue mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Now incorporate the strawberries in pieces and mix.
Pour the batter into the baking pan after covering the bottom with parchment paper. If necessary, level it with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for about 40 minutes, and at the end, perform the toothpick test.
Then let it cool slightly and garnish our strawberry cake with a little sifted powdered sugar.And bon appétit!!
