Strawberry Cake

Strawberry cake, soft and quick to make, perfect for all special occasions or to make any occasion special. A recipe that is easy and quick to bring to the table; you can serve it at the end of a meal, at breakfast, or for a birthday. The dough is prepared in a few minutes, using only a large bowl and a spoon with classic ingredients such as eggs, flour, sugar, milk, oil and baking powder for desserts. To create a baked dessert that is delicious with every bite.

Ingredients

LET’S SEE TOGETHER WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE

  • 7 oz strawberries (in pieces)
  • 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 7 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Half packet baking powder for desserts

Steps

Let’s start preparing the

  • Let’s start preparing the strawberry cake; pour the egg, sugar, seed oil, and milk into a large bowl.

    Mix all the ingredients using a kitchen spoon.
    Add the flour and baking powder.

    Continue mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

  • Now incorporate the strawberries in pieces and mix.

    Pour the batter into the baking pan after covering the bottom with parchment paper. If necessary, level it with the back of a spoon or a spatula.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for about 40 minutes, and at the end, perform the toothpick test.
    Then let it cool slightly and garnish our strawberry cake with a little sifted powdered sugar.
